Article 1: General Provisions

The rented items are under the responsibility of the person making the reservation as soon as they take possession of them. The items are rented for the exclusive use of the customer and may not, under any circumstances, be lent, subleased, or entrusted to a third party free of charge. The customer must take care of the items with due diligence and ensure their safekeeping.

The reservation of a package (base item with an option) is personal and cannot be used for multiple individuals.

The items can only be collected and returned during the store's opening hours.

The various items offered are described by category and not by a specific model. The photos shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual; however, the responsible party commits to providing quality equipment corresponding to the reserved category.

Article 2: Online booking must be made

The prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. Only the price of the items recorded in your validated booking is guaranteed.

The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer (not listed on this website) of any kind (vouchers, discount coupons, etc.).
This contract is subject to French law, and transactions are conducted in Euros.

Article 3: Payment terms

The order validated by the customer on the website will only become effective once the central bank card network has given its approval.

Only bank cards bearing the CB, VISA or MASTERCARD logo issued in FRANCE or within international networks approved by GIE Cartes Bancaires are accepted. The entry of your banking details is secure and carried out on our payment module. They are neither stored nor kept on our site. Your card number, expiration date and security code will be encrypted and will not circulate "in plain text" on the Internet.

Article 4: The Customer Is Solely Responsible for Choosing Suitable Items

You are free to choose the items you wish to rent. However, if your skills do not allow you to determine the items corresponding to your level, we strongly recommend contacting us for advice in your selection.

Article 5: Loss / Theft / Damage

The rented items must be returned in good condition.
Any damage to rented items will result in the payment of repair costs or the item's replacement value if it cannot be repaired.

The customer is responsible for taking measures to ensure the safekeeping of the items. They must ensure that any chosen guarantees cover the risks of damage, loss, or theft of the rented item during the rental period.
If the item is not returned due to loss, theft, or any other reason, the item will be charged.

Article 6: Booking cancellation

You can cancel your booking, provided that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date for collecting the equipment. Go to our website in the "Support" section of the footer with your email and booking number, then click on the link "Cancel a booking".
To make a partial cancellation, submit your request through our contact page. Modifications are not available. We suggest cancelling your initial booking partially or completely, then making a new booking at the current rate. The refund of the deposit paid will be made to the account of the payment method used within 7 business days. If you book less than 24 hours before the start date of the service, the amount paid on the site cannot be refunded. If you fail to express your intention to cancel the service within the above time limit, the amount paid will not be refunded.

If the percentage of ski area opening is less than or equal to 30% during the rental period, the amount paid on the site will be converted into a credit for a future rental.

If the provider considers that the on-site conditions do not allow the service to be carried out during the rental period, the amount paid on the site will be converted into a credit for a future rental.

No refund can be made after the items have been collected.

Article 7: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions" during the reservation, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions, which constitutes an electronic signature between the parties, equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Article 8: Protection of Your Personal Data

The information requested during the reservation is necessary for processing the order. In accordance with Article 34 of Law 78.17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, modify, correct, and delete the information concerning them.

Article 9: Complaints

Complaints arising during the execution of the contract must be reported as soon as possible to the store manager so that a solution can be sought.

Complaints that cannot be resolved on-site or have not been satisfactorily resolved must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within three business days after the end of the stay.

2. Why don’t you see a cookie banner?

According to CNIL guidelines, a consent banner is not required when:

This is exactly our case. We only use essential cookies required for the proper functioning of the website, with no third-party or tracking cookies.

We use technical cookies (including session cookies), which ensure the proper functioning of the cart, booking system, security, display preferences, and user session.

4. Audience measurement without cookies

We do not use any audience measurement cookies. Site traffic is assessed solely based on the number of sessions, without relying on individual identifiers or personalized tracking.

5. Data collected

While browsing the site, we may collect different types of information. Their processing is based on your explicit consent through voluntary form submissions.

Online booking:

• - Stay dates needed for stock management in the store and price calculation.
• - Item customization fields (size, weight, shoe size, age, head circumference, etc.) that are sometimes required, either during item selection or directly in the cart.
• - Billing information required to issue the booking confirmation document: first name, last name, phone number, email, postal address, place of stay in the resort (optional), etc.

Contact form:

First name, last name, email, booking number (optional), message content, and service selection. These data are explicitly collected to process your request, respond efficiently, and maintain customer support.

Comments:

Data collected to assess and improve the quality of our services and share user experiences. No personal information should be included in the comments.

6. Data storage

• - Database stored on our hosting server (see legal notice): this applies to online booking data and comments.
• - Backup: Google Drive and secure local storage by the technical provider; this applies to online booking data and comments.
• - Email: messaging server for the relevant addresses, this applies to online booking data, contact form, and comments.

Some information may be sent via email to the relevant parties (technical provider, store, or yourself). These data are strictly private. However, they are stored on external email servers:

8. AI assistance

To speed up content processing, we use AI assistance. All transmitted data is anonymized beforehand. The service used is OpenAI. Data is transferred via a secure API.

9. Secure online payment

To secure your online payments, we use the Payline payment module:

• - Your bank data is never recorded or stored on our site.
• - The collection of your bank data and the transaction between banks are managed by our provider Payline (Monext).
• - We only keep data necessary for tracking (amount, date, transaction number).

10. Data retention period
